Before potential buyers can close on a cabin, they must first go through the complete application process, including an in-person interview with the Membership Chairman, and their Committee. The process includes a written application, full background check and credit check, references and follow up calls, followed by an in-person interview. Once completed, the Membership Committee will then recommend the new potential member(s) to the Board of Directors, for their approval, at the next scheduled Board Meeting.
The entire process may take up to 30-40 days, therefore your patience is appreciated. Feel free to ask as many questions as you feel necessary during your interview.
